68AS-general industry spray gun with settings in the base plate
68AS is a new gun designed by ECCO Finishing to give highest durability and shortest possible down time in production. All settings are placed in the base plate (manifold) in order to change gun easily without additional adjustments. 68AS can be ordered with 4 various types of base plates, all with different features and adjustments to control the spraying process. This gives flexibility to choose the suitable control level for each unique application or line configuration and it reduces maintenance and stock level. Stainless Steel is used for all areas in contact with the fluid, and Tungsten Carbide needles and nozzles are also available as option for highly abrasive materials. 68AS uses the same proven high quality and durable nozzles and air caps as other ECCO Finishing Low Pressure spray guns.
