COLOUR CHANGERS MODULES-CCM
LP CCM are pneumatically operated color change systems, in a modular system to be built according to customer needs. LP CCM-EVO is the light weight version for easier installation on robot arms. All material in contact with liquid are produced in high grade stainless steel. Sealings and O-ring are from UHMW and Perfluor 128 to withstand all known paints and solvents. LP CCM can be equipped with a free number of color changing valves (CCV) and the modules are prepared for circulation. The use of specially designed fittings obtains a dead end free connection all the way from the plastic hose to the valve. This will give trouble free operation and optimum conditions for the circulated materials. Both the standard and Evo versions share the same high quality and long lasting color valves. They also share the same internal design, developed for best reliability and fastest and easiest cleaning capabilities. In the EVO-version a 60% weight saving has been reached thanks to the use of high grade light and solvent resistant materials.
